How the El Prado burner system works:
- The flames are short : it allows to have the burner close to the grate : 25mm
- Because the burners are close to the grate we protect them with plain surfaces integrated into the grate
- The maximum distance between flames and the grate is 70mm in order to cook with a perfect temperature distribution on the grate
- The flames are vertical coming directly from the top of the burner to the bottom of the grate: it allows very small loss of energy
- No vents into the firebox, thereby the burners are protected against the wind – no reduction of the control and the power of the El Prado
