with a large bowl and powerful motor it allows me to prepare the dough for 10 pizzas at the same time :-) I was surprised to see that there is no protection in place to disable the motor when the appliance is not secured. In practice you can switch on the motor anytime, even if the hook is not in the bowl. this can be dangerous. it was a bit disappointing to find that the kneading hook provided in the box was not the same as the one shown on the website.
