Clemente: Questions that Remain

A complete CSI analysis of the aircraft accident on New Year's Eve, 31 December 1972, in which Roberto Clemente perished. This volume includes never-before-published documents such as the original Puerto Rico Police Report and the original autopsy protocol report of the only body recovered, that of pilot Jerry Hill. It also contains the complete original FAA records of the DC7CF revealing obvious intelligence connections, in which all five passengers died, the complete dockets and depositions of both the original Zabala-Clemente v U.S. Government lawsuit filed in 1976, and the U.S. Government's appeal in 1977 which overturned the original Tort Claim decision in favor of the plaintiffs, and the complete and exclusive biography of Arthur Stuart Rivera, the owner of the aircraft and co-pilot that fateful day. Despite the time that has passed, the authors have compiled an impressive amount of new information that should provoke new opinions and understanding. This volume does not contain the NTSB report, which has disappeared from the NTSB archives.
