Towards Crc Press Towards the Era of Autonomous Network

This book examines IP autonomous driving network (ADN) technology and solutions, offering insights into the challenges that IP transport networks face and their technological evolution.

This book examines IP autonomous driving network (ADN) technology and solutions, offering insights into the challenges that IP transport networks face and their technological evolution.

The book begins by introducing the concept of IP ADN, then systematically reviews the evolution of IP transport networks within this framework, as well as the application of ADN in IP transport networks. It then traces the network management lifecycle during operations and maintenance (O&M), analyzing the interactions among maintenance engineers, network devices, operation and maintenance centers (OMCs), and operational support systems (OSSs). The authors also examine the challenges encountered in this process and present architectural recommendations and key technical solutions.

The book is intended for IP transport network O&M professionals, IP network product designers and developers, as well as students and researchers interested in IP network technology and data communications.
