RESIST BANDS are strong, elastic, and tear-resistant, but are still pleasantly soft to the touch. Two flexible Velcro fasteners on the band allow quick fastening of the band around the hips for modern acceleration, spring, and running technique training without cutting into the skin. \n\nThe BLACKROLL RESIST BAND is available in two different strengths with different colors.
