Automotive Domain Control Technology: Applications in New Energy Vehicles

Automotive Domain Control Technology: Applications in New Energy Vehicles provides a solid foundation for readers to understand the technical systems of domain controllers. For more experienced readers, the book introduces advanced theoretical work and technologies. A domain controller in the automotive world is a centralized computer that manages specific functions within a vehicle, referred to as "domains." These domains can include areas such as active safety, powertrain, body and chassis and user experience. Readers are provided with comprehensive coverage of the technology: from architectural features to design methodology. The authors share their rich practical experience to enhance readers’ understanding of the technologies and their real-world applications. Relevant international standards and regulatory measures are discussed and interpreted to assist industry professionals and practitioners. The thorough, systematic approach from essential technological concepts to introducing advanced technologies situates the book as a solid introduction for senior undergraduates, and is also a valuable theoretical and practical reference resource for more experienced professionals and researchers.
