The Libri GmbH The Gospel of Luke in Sacred Verse

This poetic rendering invites readers to hear that story with fresh ears.Moving verse by verse through Luke's Gospel, this work preserves the shape and substance of the biblical text while recasting it in a memorable rhyme and meter. All of Luke's stories are here rendered in such a way as to encourage devotional reading, reflection, oral use, and memorization with greater ease. This is not a replacement for Scripture but a companion designed to help readers renew their engagement. Its purpose is simple: draw the reader into the text in a fresh way and lead them to slow down, experience the text as if they're doing so for the first time, and allow Luke's portrait of Christ to be encountered anew with clarity, beauty, and joy.
