The purpose of this study was to establish the influence of head teacher's administrative practices on pupils' academic performance at Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in rehabilitation schools in Kenya. The study sought to determine the extent to which the head teacher's classroom visitations, provision of teaching/learning materials, facilitation of teacher trainings and financial management influence pupils' academic performance in rehabilitation schools at KCPE in Kenya. A descriptive survey research design was adopted to guide this study. The data for the study was collected using closed and open-ended questionnaires, interview schedule and focus group discussion guide. The study findings were that the head teachers' administrative practices of classroom visitation, provision of teaching/learning materials, facilitation of teacher's training and financial management influenced pupils' academic performance at Kenya Certificate of Primary Education.
