The Boldwood Books Ltd The Firefighter's Baby Paperback

A emotional romance from Alison Roberts

One tiny baby. Two guarded hearts. A second chance at family

Smoke, danger and split-second decisions are all in a day’s work for firefighter Jason Halliday. But nothing has prepared him for the tiny baby abandoned at the station doorstep…or the devastating truth that little Megan is his daughter. Suddenly the confident, capable hero is thrown into a world of midnight feeds, fragile hopes and fears he can’t fight with courage alone.

The only person who can help is paramedic Laura Green. Warm, steady and endlessly patient, Laura is everything Jason once thought he didn’t want. He’s always been drawn to glossy, polished women, not someone whose quiet strength slips beneath his defences and straight into his heart. Yet as they care for Megan together, the longing growing between them becomes impossible to ignore.

For the first time, Jason begins to dream of love, family and forever. But when Megan’s mother returns, will the future they’ve started to build be torn apart before it’s even begun?
