The Emerging Voices section introduces Grace Rubio with "Tell Gan-Gan I Said I'm Sorry."Commissioned artwork by Serpil Odabä¿ accompanies the fiction. Working with collage, paint and printmaking, Odabä¿ responds to the atmosphere of the stories rather than illustrating their events.
