This is the first machine I'm very happy with. I already had a few Senseos, my first one should be thrown away because the water didn't get hot enough. Then I saved them from scrap with a simple decalcification. I was able to buy the next Senseos relatively cheaply and always bought a permanent filter so that I could drink my own type of coffee. I pulled this through to the squares. The squares were well sized to fit snugly under the wall cabinets. However, it still caused me problems, so I went a bit strange in terms of coffee machines. However, I was not satisfied with this color either. A) the capsules were expensive for me and B) too much electronics, which just sucked. Then I saw this red Senseo Select. He ogled and raved until the offer was right. Now I have it, without the permanent filter that I bought, the machine also has the dimensions to stay in the specified place. I love them and think the Coffeeduck permanent filters were always just the problem triggers. The lid is always a little harder to close and I suspect that this is a functional failure. I hope that it will bring me joy for a very long time. There are now quite a few varieties of Senseo, but other coffee brands are also well represented. I can also recommend the Black&White from Tchibo if there are no Senseos 😉
