Toelichting specificaties

From the makers of the world’s best scope, Kowa present their heritage line BD25s. Designed and manufactured in Japan, the BD25s are a highly compact class binocular. Weighing just 320g and measuring 11.1cm (L) x 10.7cm (W) x 3.9cm (H), they can be taken with you in a pocket or bag wherever you go. Do not be fooled by the lightweight credentials however, these binoculars pack features that are normally only found on much larger models. The fully multi coated lenses and C3 prism coatings, allow for first class light transmission and guarantee for brighter and sharper images. All the internal optics are made from eco glass, making the manufacturing process very environmentally friendly.\n\nThe dual barrel design makes the binoculars easy and comfortable to hold even for long periods of time. They also have a very close focus distance of just 1.8m, meaning you can observe objects at a closer range. They are 100% waterproof and have also been purged and sealed by N (nitrogen) gas to prevent internal fogging. The body is rubber armoured to safe guard the internal lenses and this rubber surface also doubles as firm grip which allows you to hold the binoculars even in wet conditions. The turn and slide eyecups allow the binoculars to be customized to an individual user’s needs, furthermore they can be used by spectacle wearers.\n\nUncommon for binoculars of this compact nature, the BD25s incorporate an extra large central focus wheel. The key benefit of the larger focus wheel is that it helps to counter a common issue found in compact binoculars regarding little movements translating into large image shake. The bigger wheel makes focusing easier to find and operate thus lessening the image disturbance during focusing.\n\nDue to the compact nature of the binoculars, they are ideally suited to a wide range of mobile activities as they can be easily stored and transported. Therefore they would make the perfect companion for horse racing, sporting/stadium events as well as a number of outdoor pursuits. Thanks to the robust design and ultra clear image reproduction, the binoculars are equally suited to nature walks and general bird watching. Finally the close focus function makes the binoculars ideal for the observation of plants, insects and other close range objects.
