NIGHT VISION

When there is insufficient street lighting and it’s too dark to detect the surroundings of your car in case of an incident, your recorded footage becomes completely unusable for legal insurance purposes. With the Guardo Dashcam, you can avoid this situation. The CMOS sensor with IR filter adjusts the overall brightness levels automatically and removes static image noise.

HIGH/WIDE DYNAMIC RANGE (HDR/WDR)

WDR is an image processing technology that allows the Guardo Dashcam to record greater and sharper scene details, from shadows to highlights and to smoothly adjust to direct daylight or sudden darkness (upon entering or exiting a tunnel, for example).

The integrated automatic image functions adjust exposure, light and darkness automatically, remove the brightest parts of a recording or adjust the overall balance of white and black levels to guarantee crystal-clear image quality in any lighting conditions, even at night.

GPS WITH GOOGLE DATA LOGGER

The Guardo Dashcam has a built-in GPS function in the suction cup holder and is compatible with the free Google Maps and Guardo data logging software. It can precisely pinpoint the driving speed of your car, location and routes on the map. Later when you are playing back your video footage on PC or MAC, you can also watch Google maps simultaneously and see your vehicle moving around.
