I have to use English, because my Dutch is not that perfect.
This regards the top of the line, Philips 9500 player.
While the video picture is very clear and sharp in imaging, the big disappointment is that the unit is too noisy - they use a cheap fan to cool the box from the inside, reminiscent of a cheap "Karioki" Oriental amplifier. Philips should take notice that at the age of Blu-ray and Blu-ray music discs this is un-acceptable. Also the sound quality is not in a class of their 7300 model which has one of the best sound ability to a degree that it can replace many professional CD players, no doubts, but this top of the line deserve a re-design. As it is now, it fall flat on its face. Bad.
